Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for any manufacturing defect,wrong item sent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Themisto Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Themisto will address issues related to the performance and quality of our products.

  1. Warranty Coverage: Themisto offers a standard warranty on its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and it differs from product to product(6months/12 months).

  7. In the event of a warranty claim, customers are required to send the product to the company address.
  8. Customers may choose to bear one side of the courier charges or opt for a courier service that suits their convenience and pickup would be created on their behalf.
  9. Repair or Replacement:
  10. Themisto will, at its sole discretion, either repair the product or replace it with a product in better condition than the Returned one.
  11. If repair is not possible, Themisto reserves the right to provide a replacement with a product of equal or better condition, or a new product as determined by the company team.
  12. Conditions for Warranty Claims: a. To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the original sales receipt.
  13. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  14. Expiry of Warranty: The warranty period expires after the specified duration or if the product has been subject to unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  15. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is packed securely for shipping. Themisto will not be liable for any damage that occurs during transit to our facility.
